As a web designer I had the great opportunity to redesign the old website of the BERLIN INSTITUTE FOR SOCIAL RESEARCH and bring it up to date.

The old site was outdated and not up to date, which caused problems with visual perception and mobile viewing. It was also difficult for users to access social media channels, which is an important aspect for modern websites. The client had clear desires and requirements to solve these issues and make the site more user-friendly and engaging.

The new site was redesigned from scratch to improve the visual perception. We chose a modern and minimalistic design that draws attention to the most important content on the site. A clean and consistent color palette was used to create a pleasant user experience and make text easier to read.

Another important factor in the website redesign was optimization for mobile devices. We optimized the site for better mobile viewing to ensure that users have a pleasant experience regardless of their device. The site is now responsive and user-friendly on all devices.

We also improved the social media integration to ensure that users can easily access BERLIN INSTITUTE FOR SOCIAL RESEARCH social media channels. The connection between the website and the social media channels was improved to ensure that users can access up-to-date information and activities.

The client was very pleased with the result. The new website is more user-friendly, modern and appealing than the old site. We perfectly implemented the client’s requirements and created a website that represents BERLINER INSTITUT FÜR SOZIALFORSCHUNG’s brand while improving the user experience.
