Quickly underwhelm turnkey.

As a web designer, I was thrilled when I was commissioned to design the website of the Bed and Breakfast Ulivi e Relax. The hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Umbria and I knew that I had to express this in the design of the website.

One of the most important decisions I made was the choice of colour palette. We decided on a combination of different shades of green, from grass green to dark green. This reflects the hotel’s connection to nature, especially the olive trees that are so abundant in the region.

The word „olive“ has a special meaning for the hotel and its guests. It symbolises the beauty and tranquillity of the surrounding landscape as well as the culinary delights the hotel offers its guests. To reflect this on the website, we have included photos of olive trees on the website. These images convey a sense of calm and relaxation to visitors to the site.

„Relax“ is another important element of the hotel’s name. The Bed and Breakfast Ulivi e Relax is a place where guests can relax and enjoy nature. To emphasise this on the website, we have integrated pictures of relaxed guests in nature. These images give visitors to the site a sense of relaxation and tranquillity.

We have also made sure that the photos play an important role on the website. Pictures of nature and the surrounding landscapes were carefully chosen to emphasise the beauty and tranquillity of the place. We also included photos of the hotel’s rooms and amenities to give website visitors an insight into what the hotel has to offer.

Overall, I am very proud of the outcome of the website. It reflects the beauty and tranquillity of the Ulivi e Relax Bed and Breakfast and gives visitors to the site a taste of the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. I am sure that the website will help the hotel attract even more guests who are looking for relaxation and tranquillity in nature.
